Where do you ship from?
We work with fulfillment partners in the US and overseas. Leggings ship from our US warehouse and usually arrive in 3–7 business days. Everything else usually arrives in 5–10 business days. Every order includes a tracking number sent by email.
How do I find my size?
Each product page has a size chart in inches and centimeters. Many of our pieces are one-size or relaxed fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for extra cozy.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Add a gift note at checkout. Prices are never included in the package.
What's your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for the details.
